Buffalo Business First recently highlighted more than 20 mergers and acquisitions that have shaped Western New York’s business landscape over the past year. Among the notable transactions was Rich Products’ acquisition of Great Kitchens Food Co., North America’s largest manufacturer of private-label take-and-bake pizzas, including the Uno Foods brand. The acquisition, announced in January, expanded Rich’s portfolio and was expected to add approximately 1,000 employees across three locations.
